UK shipping:

All books will be sent via Royal Mail for our UK customers. Once dispatched, UK orders should arrive within 2-5 working days. If you wish to select a faster, tracked method, please contact us at info@olympiapublishers.com

International shipping information

We can easily ship our books to countries around the world. We use Royal Mail for parcels under 2KG and a courier for heavier packages. Our international shipping prices are dependent on the order and area, therefore will be calculated at checkout. We always aim to process orders within two business days. Delivery times can vary based on your location. If you wish to select a faster, tracked method, please contact us at publicity@olympiapublishers.ae

Please note:

If your order contains a pre-order item then these items will be shipped as a whole order once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. However, if you would like your other items sooner, please let us know so we can arrange this. Please note, this may incur two delivery charges.

Covid-19 update

With Covid-19 some deliveries of books may take longer than usual. We would suggest waiting 1-2 weeks after the expected date. If you would like an update on your order, please email publicity@olympiapublishers.ae and we can assist you. Thank you for your patience.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with any products you purchase on our website for any reason other than it being an eBook, which cannot, by reason of its nature, be returned; you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund.

If the reason for the return is the result of an error by Olympia, we will refund the postage costs. To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with your packing slip and a letter giving the reason for return.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service for this to ensure the order is safely returned.
